Due to ever increasing work load demands from permanent contracts (ranging from major sub-contracting to maintenance for local holiday rentals) and opportunities for expanding our construction division for new business, we are looking for the right people who fit with our "Committed to Excellence" philosophy.

​​We currently have a vacancy for the following:

Groundworker/Hard Landscaper
-
Bricklayer/Builder who can additionally be a Team Leader, including team quality assurance responsibility. An ideal position for a former self-employed builder.​

Labourer with exceptional skills across multiple building disciplines including slabbing, groundworks and drainage, and who can pre-empt their builders' next requirement.
We are looking for people who are able to work under their own initiative without supervision at times, get on well working in a team and who are flexible in the type of work undertaken at times.

The successful Groundworker applicant would need to demonstrate
-
a high degree of knowledge of groundworks
-
slabbing (including porcelain)
-
drainage
-
able to use associated plant
-
ideally skilled in walling.
The successful Builder applicant would need to demonstrate
-
a high degree of knowledge of general building and construction
-
an especially high level of skill in bricklaying
-
roughcasting
-
rendering
-
pointing
-
slabbing
-
drainage.
The successful Joiner applicant would need to demonstrate

a high degree of knowledge of general building and construction
-
an especially high level of skill in material estimating, design, build and installation.

We offer a paid week's trial for each of us to decide whether this is the permanent position for you, which you could undertake during a week's holiday or unpaid leave with your current employer.
